Chicken Vinaigrette

2 portions
2 chicken breasts
1 large apple, peeled, diced
1 onion (s), peeled, diced
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons mustard, coarse
2 tablespoons vinegar (white)
  some creme fraiche
  some water

Remove chicken breasts from fat and cutlets and sauté, sauté in a little clarified butter or oil until lightly browned on both sides (5 mins approximately). Remove from the pan and set aside. Then fry the onion and the apple in the pan. Season with honey, mustard, vinegar and add some water. Add the salted and peppered chicken breasts and leave to sear on a low flame for about 30 minutes. Finally, peel off some creme fraiche and serve with rice. In addition a nice mixed salad!
